Hercules SLR is committed to exceeding customer expectations. Hercules SLR’s manufacturing facilities are complete with steel fabrication, forging and heat treating; machine shop; and mechanical assembly equipment for development of Securing, Lifting and Rigging solutions. Our engineering department offers creative technical advice to enhance design concepts and to minimize material and fabrication costs.

Hercules SLR can do low volume, custom flame cutting using CNC equipment that is accurate to +/- 1/32" on material up to 3" thick. Heat treatment is available and we offer a variety of product finishes including shot peened bare metal, sand blasting, black oxide, wet applied enamel and epoxy paint, and powder coat paint.

Hercules SLR’s facilities are registered to The Canadian Welding Bureau, ISO 9001:2000 and Ontario Power Generation.

We can meet non-destructive testing requirements for magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant inspection, proof load testing and laboratory analysis for material identification.
